The photo below was sent to us by Trevor Kirby, all four guys started at AW on the same day, and this photo Trevor believes was taken at the AW Dinner Dance at the hotel Norwich in either 1972 or 1973.

They were all 18 years old at the time.

As a side note, Trevor added that he, Mark and Peter got married on the same day too! (but not to each other )
